YeloStreamCo approaches your event as we would a television broadcast. Capturing not only the correct angles and perfect sound, but also the look, feel and story around your event. We don’t use make-do equipment! Our equipment is professional grade and we strive for clarity in video as well as sound quality. No matter where you are in the world, it will feel like you are right there in the venue with family, friends, or colleagues.
YeloStreamCo will come to your event with all the necessary equipment and expertise to stream your event to your preferred social platform while also being able to integrate external ‘dial in’ live messages from friends and family using Zoom/Skype/Meetings. We also include stream graphics such as countdown boards, name straps as well as copyright-free music to prevent your stream being taken down from copyright strikes. We take care of the stream so you can focus on your event! After the event you will also receive a recording which you can download and keep.
It is not enough that we produce a slick and high quality production of your event, we treat our clients with the respect and professionalism they deserve. Our Live Streams of your event are not an advertising opportuning for YeloStreamCo. The day is yours and we treat your Live Stream with the utmost respect. We also run your Live Stream as an unlisted YouTube link (unless otherwise requested) to afford you the privacy and ability to share and invite people to attend as you see fit. Be it publicly on facebook or other social media platforms, or privately on whatsapp or email.
Yes, we do not replace the need for photography or videography of your event. For example, if you want a video of your wedding day you will still need a wedding videographer. We focus on livestreaming the ceremony and or reception to friends and family around the world. We do not film the ‘story’ of your wedding day.
Depending on the venue, you may still require a Sound System or Projector for playback of music, videos etc. Playback of music, video tributes, Zoom interactivity, etc would require venue sound and video. Should your venue not be able to help with Sound and Video, we will gladly assist with the rental of the required equipment.
It is not always necessary to provide internet for the livestream. Depending on the location of your event, internet options might be limited. We will bring our own LTE internet options to ensure we aren’t sharing internet with other users and can dedicate bandwidth to the stream. If there is no LTE coverage at your event location we may need to seek alternative options for the stream.
In the event of no viable internet options at your event then it is possible to record your event as-live and then upload the recording to share with friends and family at the soonest convenience.
It happens... gremlins, power spikes and internet drops. Even the social platforms may have unforeseen hiccups from time to time. We will do our best to keep your stream online and going. In the event that there are failures, we will upload a recording of the event at the soonest possible time.
While we cannot control the electricity supply, we will take care of your livestream. Where possible we have redundancy in place to cover power outages. When it comes to network reception, we generally don’t struggle if there’s loadshedding, but some areas may struggle with signal during this time. If there is a problem with the signal and we cannot live stream – we do record everything as live and then upload the recording as soon as there’s internet and send you a new YouTube link to share.
